Amy Hussain

Analyst

Amy is a Horizon Scanning Analyst aligned to our Medicines Programme. She works together with the wider team, using various horizon scanning techniques to identify, monitor and report emerging innovative health technologies; she also contributes to various therapeutic horizon scanning outputs for our national stakeholders. In addition to horizon scanning, Amy participates in the monitoring of technologies and the production of Technology Briefings. 

Amy completed her BSc in Biomedical Science at Newcastle University in 2020, and has separate experience in conducting epidemiological research study. She is interested in the development of health innovations and aspires to complete further study in the future.
