Dr Georgie Wilkins

Research Associate

Georgie is a Research Associate aligned to the Medicines Programme. She works across research areas (evidence synthesis and horizon scanning) to monitor, analyse, and report scientific data on emerging health innovations to key national stakeholders. 

After completing her BSc in Biomedicine at the University of East Anglia in 2016, Georgie studied for her doctorate in Translational and Clinical Research at Newcastle University, gaining her PhD in 2020.  

Georgie is interested in science communication; looking at ways to disseminate scientific research to the public.
